Hames Chocolates have introduced a loyalty point scheme to reward and thank all customers who place their orders online.
All orders placed online earn 1 point for every £1 (excluding vat) that they spend. The points are added to your account when the goods have been shipped.
The reward points can be saved or redeemed as a discount at checkout against orders placed.
The points can be redeemed on anything that we sell online. To check your reward points balance simply login to your account.
There are opportunities to earn additional reward points:

- When you first register online you earn 100 bonus loyalty points
- Every time you leave a review for the products that you’ve purchased from us you earn a further 25 bonus points. Points are added to your account when your review has been approved by our administrator.
- If you sign up to receive our newsletter you are awarded 100 bonus loyalty points
- At certain times of the year we may offer bonus awards.
