  1. Hames Chocolates Ltd is a British chocolate maker. Started in 2005 by Edward and Marlene Hames, their daughter Carol and their son-in-law Andrew.   1. Their chocolate factory has BRCGS accreditation grade AA. This GFSI recognised scheme sets out the benchmark of high food safety standards.
 
  1. In addition to the chocolate factory, Hames have the majority interest in a Lancashire-based candy factory where they make fudge, toffee, honeycomb, sweets and lettered rock candy.
 
  1. Hames branded Bronze range of milk chocolate products are made using British milk from cows that graze British meadows.
 
  1. Hames are an experienced private label partner, making and supplying chocolates and confectionery for many well-known brands.
 
  1. They are a key player in the UK promotional confectionery industry, supplying business-branded chocolates and confectionery to distributors, plus small and large businesses for corporate gifting, employee appreciation, to promote new product launches and for events.
 
  1. Hames’ customers span multiple industries including retail, tourism and leisure, hotels, restaurants and coffee shops, cake decoration and bakery.
 
  1. They make moulded chocolates, hollow and spun chocolates, enrobed chocolates, deposited and filled chocolates, and chocolate cake decorations. Products include chocolate bars in various sizes, Neapolitans, moulded shapes, boxes of truffles and chocolates, hot chocolate spoons, hot chocolate bombes, Easter Eggs, Advent calendars, logo chocolates and chocolate shavings.
